Key Features:
Holds 400 Popsicles or 3 Gallon Tubs: Ample space for high-volume service.
-Freeze the cartridges for 12-24 hours before use.
-Place the frozen cartridges inside the popsicle cart, then stock the cart completely with all your frozen products just before the event begins.
-The product needs to absorb the cold from the fully frozen cartridges to stay frozen during use.
-Avoid placing just a small amount of product inside (e.g. for testing), as it won't retain the cold effectively.
-Keep the lid closed as much as possible. Open only when necessary and close it again promptly to retain the cold.
*As a general guide, frozen water-based popsicles usually stay frozen for about 5 hours. -ON VERY HOT DAYS, CONSIDER ADDING DRY ICE TO EXTEND PERFORMANCE
