  • DESCRIPTION
  • CORONATION is a premium grade coconut oil based product which includes
  • addition of a preservative ingredient formulated to inhibit odor formation in
  • hydrocarbon solvent systems. In addition, the product contains newly developed
  • anti-static agents, which virtually eliminate static generation. The product also
  • contains an optical brightener which provides enhanced garment color and
  • reflectivity.
  • APPLICATION
  • The use of CORONATION helps to buffer the pH of solvent to neutral or slightly
  • alkaline where the best detergency is obtained. The product can be used as an
  • injection or charge soap and will perform not only in perchlorethylene but
  • hydrocarbon, and silicone solvent systems as well.

  • Feeding the fabric with coconut oil provides replacement of the natural oils
  • removed in the solvent system process and produces a very luxuriant hand.
  • Inhibits bacteria growth in hydrocarbon solvent systems, thus controlling
  • bacteria related odors.
  • CORONATION is designed to buffer the pH of the solvent system to enhance
  • detergency and to reduce machine and system corrosion.
  • Automatically insures water separation during the distillation and/or drying
  • operations where water does not necessarily free itself of the solvent and can
  • remain in the system.

  • USAGE and PACKAGING
  • CORONATION is injected at a rate of at oz. to 1 oz. per 10 pounds, or used at
  • % charge, and is packaged in 4 x 1 gallon cases, 5 gallon and 15 gallon drums.
